Брокер (broker), специализирующийся на сделках с иностранной валютой на валютных рынках (foreign exchange markets). Большая часть операций проходит между коммерческими банками и правительствами. Обычно такие брокеры не заключают сделок непосредственно с отдельными гражданами или фирмами, которые нуждаются в валюте для приобретения товаров за рубежом и которые приобретают ее у коммерческих банков. Доход агентов по продаже и покупке валюты составляют комиссионные (brokerage) за совершение каждой сделки.
